WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
? To assist in the achievement of the stores weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets through professional sales consultations with brides for both bridal gowns and accessories.
? To conduct sales consultations in line with company training
? To ensure personal conversion rates adhere to company standards
? To achieve all personal targets and objectives as set out and agreed with the sales manager
.To manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants.
WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?
? Previous experience in a one to one consultative sales environment i.e cosmetics, lingerie, motor vehicles, furniture, high end ladies fashion etc
? Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build a rapport quickly
? Target driven with unlimited amounts of energy and enthusiasm
. Experience of managing a team of 5+
