Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Therapist to join our clients innovative Therapy Hub, supporting children and young people across their Trust schools.\n\nThis is an exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech & Language Therapist with experience working with children with complex needs and SEND.\n\nIn this role you will be able to influence whole-school practice, lead a dedicated therapy team, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Lead Therapist, you will:\n\nLead and develop a team of therapists and therapy assistants.\nDeliver and oversee integrated therapeutic support within schools.\nWork collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and NHS colleagues.\nProvide coaching, training, assessments, and therapeutic interventions.\nDrive service development, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for pupils.\nSupport the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic practices across educational settings.About You\n\nA degree qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Therapy.\nCurrent HCPC registration.\nExperience working with children and young people with complex needs.\nStrong leadership, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.\nA passion for improving outcomes and supporting inclusive education
